My name is Tanya Lavrnic and I am Broker Owner of Real Estate Listings in Costa Rica agency based in Uvita.

Originally from Croatia, I spent 18 years working on cruise ships, traveling the world and visiting 78 countries while managing operations serving up to 15,000 meals a day. When I first stepped onto Costa Rican soil 23 years ago, I felt I had finally found home. Eight years later, it truly became my home.

For the past 15 years, I’ve embraced life here, creating a private oasis where I wake each morning to the sounds of waterfalls and the jungle. Along the way, I built a successful career in real estate and vacation rental management while raising my child.

I’m passionate about helping guests experience the authentic beauty of Costa Rica, and guiding buyers through a smooth transition into a new lifestyle or investment opportunity. I personally accompany my buyers throughout the entire transaction — and remain by their side well beyond closing.
