THE LOCAL AREA

THE HOUSE

The single-bed house, with a million-dollar view, offers a tropical, bright, and open living concept. The bathroom / laundry area is especially striking in that regard – under a translucent roof, you can feel the warm sun which also nourishes the flowering bougainvillea that sneak into the space along the open ceiling.
THE YOGA PLATFORM & CARPORT

A covered yoga deck, surrounded by floor to ceiling meshing that opens up the natural views, is served by a ceiling fan and electric lighting. So you can practice yoga any time of day and night, and in any weather – anyone can center themselves on a peaceful sunny day but how about doing so during a tropical thunder downpour? You will undoubtfully get a chance to find out! The enclosed yoga platform can easily turn into a guest cabin, giving your visitors a true jungle experience.

The large carport can fit several vehicles and is outfitted with strong multi-level shelving for your storage needs.

THE PLANTELS

Three plantels are peppered throughout the property. The seller has taken great care to clean and prepare them and has provided clear pathways to connect property structures and plantels. The plantels all share the same majestic mountain and jungle views while the upper plantel also offers a distant view of the Pacific Ocean.

THE PROPERTY LOCATION

This property is an easy 20-minute drive to Tinamastes – so while it may feel like the land is isolated and secluded, truth is that all the modern-day comforts and conveniences are a short drive away. You can easily enjoy a surfside morning coffee in Dominical or attend a day of shopping in San Isidro – and the trip itself will be an adventure as scenery along the way is simply breathtaking.

Tinamastes – 20 minutes from the property. Tinamastes is a local service town but also a major center of artesian art & craft, organic farming, and alternate lifestyles. Here you will also find shops, cafes, bars & restaurants, grocers, car mechanics, schools, churches, and the famous farmer’s market.

Dominical – 40 minutes from the property (going west). Home of a world-famous surf beach, Dominical and local area offer stunning Pacific scenery, eco activities, adrenaline pursuits, SCUBA, whale-watching, sport fishing, fine dining, pubs & cafes, nightlife & entertainment, as well as a plethora of other services and amenities.

San Isidro – 40 minutes from the property (going east). San Isidro is the main city of Costa Rica’s southern half – so whatever you need in terms of goods & services, expect to find it there.
